A hands-on systems builder with 15 years of experience. Since 2025, Stanislav has been building the proprietary multi-layer Decision Core behind TRADE&FLEXLABS—designed to give people and companies clearer thinking and explainable decisions based on their data.

Today, he is leading the company as a solo founder: building from the system upward, validating the Core in a working private prototype, and preparing the foundation for its first B2B pilots.
